Ko‘ula: “A Sculpture Rising From a Garden”

Ko‘ula was envisioned as more than just a residential tower—it was the first to rise along the edge of Victoria Ward Park in Honolulu, standing as a sculptural tribute to the natural beauty of its surroundings. The identity draws directly from the landscape, echoing the tower’s architectural language: a rhythmic series of sugarcane-inspired columns and a graceful twist that mimics organic growth, reaching skyward toward the light. This project introduced “Complete Living Solutions – by Yabu Pushelberg,” a fully furnished, turnkey living experience meticulously curated by the renowned interior architecture firm. Every detail, from furnishings to finishes, was designed to offer a seamless move-in-ready lifestyle—luxury grounded in thoughtful design.
